My background is in both marketing, I hold a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, and law, I am licensed to practice law and went to Texas A&M University School of Law. I consider myself a multipotentialite because I not only have a degree in marketing and a law license, but I was a competitive gymnast, a writer, an actress with an acting agent for 15 years, and more. A multipotentialite is someone who doesn't have one true calling like specialists do. We have the ability to be successful in multiple industries sometimes simultaneously.

In this episode of Your Potential for Everything, host Alex brings on Steve Fisher, a former professional snowboarder, multiple Winter X Games Champion, and current realtor in Colorado. Steve talks with Alex about his life as a professional snowboarder, the Olympics, and the X Games.
Steve qualified for the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association nationals by age nine and at one point in his career he was ranked the #1 halfpipe rider in the United States. He won the Winter X Games in 2004 and 2007. The world of sport taught him a lot about resilience and adaptability and he carried that over into the business world.
They talk about how his mindset helped him through tough challenges and how stepping away from the half pipe for awhile reignited his love for the sport and helped him stay mentally healthy.
