Not all foods are created equally and you have to be vigilant about what you put into your body. But don’t be fooled by food claiming to be healthy because they are low calorie. Calories are not the only thing you should be looking at when you decide what to put on your plate. Try adding in green leafy veggies and more berries along with adding more water to your life.
Do you feel tired, groggy, or exhausted? Maybe adding more sun to your life is the solution. Perhaps getting your circadian rhythm in check by having a a consistent wakeup and bed time is the key. There is no plan that is right for everybody so be sure to use a plan that works for you.
